Each technical professional is equipped with vehicle, cell phone, laptop with craft terminal and remote login capability, and basic fiber and copper hand tools.
Our technical staff is experienced across multiple platforms and cross-trained in many differing technologies. Our range of experience and training include such OEMs as Alcatel Lucent, Nortel, Cisco, Fujitsu, Juniper, Huawei and we work daily on various voice and data networks turning up circuits, LAN WAN test and turn-up, SONNET, SDH and DWDM installations, SLATs, FTTX and GPON solutions installations, and OSP/ISP networks. We manage IPTV, VOIP, and Traditional Telecom Customer Premise Installation and Repair on a daily basis.
