ISP/OSP Emergency Restoration

MTSG offers full support during Emergency Restoration events.

We can provide 7x24x365 emergency response from network troubleshooting and signal diagnosis capabilities to fault identification. When required, we offer temporary and permanent on-site fiber/OSP emergency rapid response, support and restoration.

MTSG has several fully equipped fiber restoration trailers geographically distributed to facilitate rapid response. We offer emergency on-site support in both a 2 hour and 4 hour MTTResponse. At LTS, we take customer support services seriously and welcome the use of Service Level Agreements.
