The LTS Customer Support Center (CSC) has been established as a Command and Control hub to direct and assist in the restoration of services for events of all sizes, both locally and nationwide.
These services are truly managed on a 24x7x365 basis.
Our CSC provides dispatch and trouble ticket services from initiation to closure. We offer integrated maintenance management to support the needs of our customers and will work with them to identify the Performance Metrics Reports that best suit their requirements or create more customized solutions. Our CSC even offers a fully functioning Call Before You Dig (CBYD) service with our internal CBYD group.
