MTSG offers full service CBYD programs for your OSP network. Our CBYD group is fully compliant with local, state and federal One Call centers and agencies. MTSG also provides Positive Response services as a part of its CBYD service. The service includes responses to emergency locate requests after normal business hours, on weekends, and on holidays. This service could include the screening and pre-screening activity to potentially reduce the number of truck rolls. These services are operated on a 7x24x365 basis.
